Title: Hybrid Volunteer Manager of Strategic Operations | Lead Events and Operations for a Youth Nonprofit (Dallas, TX)
Organization: Pretty With Purpose, Inc.
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Short summary: Use your event expertise to shape operations, sponsorships, and partnerships at a nonprofit empowering young women. Approximately 5-10 hours per week, flexible.

Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is a nonprofit empowering young women through mentorship, leadership development, college and career readiness, health and wellness, and workforce development. Our events and partnerships fuel that work, and this role helps them run well.
What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day Operations activities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain workflows, procedures, and SOPs
- Spot sponsorship, corporate partnership, and fundraising opportunities through events
- Coordinate operations team members across events, marketing, administration, and IT support
- Lead assigned projects such as process improvement and partnership initiatives
- Report progress and recommendations to the Vice President of Operations & Strategic Partnerships
Who you are
- Organized, collaborative, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable coordinating people, timelines, and projects
- Passionate about youth development and community impact
- Based in or near Dallas, TX

Commitment
Unpaid volunteer leadership role, approximately 5-10 hours per week, flexible around events and projects. Hybrid, with in-person events in the Dallas area. Reports to the VP of Operations & Strategic Partnerships.
