VA Representative-Help Boost the Morale of Our Nation's Heroes!

Put your leadership and people skills to work making a real impact in the lives of veterans at your local VA hospital! As the VA Representative for Soldiers’ Angels, you’ll lead a team of dedicated volunteers to organize and host engaging events, distribute comfort items and essential goods, and coordinate impactful support programs that show veterans how much they are appreciated.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and manage volunteers
• Plan and lead morale-boosting events and donation distributions
• Build relationships with VA staff and community partners
• Track donations and submit monthly reports

What You Bring:

• Strong people and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience or interest in volunteer coordination and event planning
• Passion for serving veterans and military families

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Complete background check and orientation/training
• Must be available 10-15 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Attend quarterly leadership meetings during business hours
• Must live in Houston, Texas
