Volunteer Recruiter

As a F.O.U.N.D. Volunteer Recruiter, you will play an important role in building a community of people who believe meaningful change begins with people coming together. F.O.U.N.D. is committed to creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and connecting people who are ready to use their skills, experiences, and voices to make a difference. In this role, you will help identify, engage, and welcome volunteers who share our commitment to equity, justice, inclusion, community, and service. You will also use social media and digital outreach to promote volunteer opportunities, share F.O.U.N.D.’s mission and impact, engage potential volunteers, and help expand our reach across social platforms. This is a people-focused role that combines relationship building, recruitment, communication, and social media engagement.

We are looking for someone who is people-centered, proactive, dependable, creative, inclusive, and genuinely passionate about connecting people with purpose. The ideal volunteer recruiter will have strong social media skills, communicate with warmth and authenticity, take initiative, and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

You should be organized, able to manage multiple recruitment activities, follow up consistently, meet commitments, and see projects through to completion without needing to be reminded.
