South Shore Elder Services (SSES) is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve as Long‑Term Care Ombudsmen, advocating for older adults living in nursing homes and long‑term care facilities.
Ombudsman volunteers play a critical role in ensuring that residents are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, and that they receive the care and services to which they are entitled.
