Volunteer Workshop & Speaker Coordinator

About the Role

TSW Network is seeking a highly organized, action-oriented, and results-driven Workshop & Speaker Coordinator to help expand our growing in-person monthly workshops. This leadership role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops designed to empower wives and women through education, personal development, and community.

This individual will work closely with the CEO to increase attendance, secure workshop spaces, identify qualified speakers, and help build strategic partnerships that elevate the TSW Network mission.

Candidates do not have to be married to serve on the advisory board.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified workshop speakers and facilitators
• Utilize resources such as Free Speakers Bureau to source speakers
• Clearly communicate TSW Network’s mission, audience, and workshop opportunities to potential speakers
• Explain partnership opportunities and limited sponsorship opportunities with professionalism
• Assist in securing sponsorship support for workshops and events
• Secure workshop venues, meeting rooms, and event spaces
• Increase workshop attendance through outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Coordinate workshop logistics, scheduling, and speaker communication
• Maintain strong follow-through and timely communication
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategy, planning, and execution
• Help create a positive and professional workshop experience for attendees and partners

• Experience in event coordination, outreach, partnerships, sales, or community engagement preferred
