The Warmth Initiative is seeking a proactive and results-driven Fundraising Team Member to assist in developing and executing strategies that generate financial support for our programs and outreach activities. This is a voluntary position for someone strategic, persistent, and comfortable engaging with donors, partners, and supporters to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies.
Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
Support the execution of online and offline fundraising campaigns.
Help maintain proper documentation of outreach and donor engagement.
Contribute to regular progress reports on fundraising activities.
Ensure transparency in all fundraising activities, with funds directed to the organisation’s official account.
Note: The position includes a 1-month probation period to assess alignment and performance.

High level of integrity, accountability, and transparency.
Previous fundraising experience is an advantage, but not required.
