Position Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated student volunteers to assist in setting up and facilitating an upcoming event on January 26th, 2026. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and contribute to a successful community event.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Setup: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment. Ensure all areas are organized and ready for the event.
2. Registration and Greeting: Welcome attendees, assist with registration, provide event materials, and answer any questions to ensure a smooth check-in process.
3. Activity Assistance: Help facilitate event activities, such as guiding attendees to different areas, assisting with workshops or sessions, and providing support to speakers and performers.
4. Crowd Management: Ensure the orderly flow of attendees, manage queues, and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
5. Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance, such as setting up audio-visual equipment, managing microphones, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
6. Event Breakdown: Assist with cleaning up and breaking down the event setup, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly stored.
