The Social and Reception Committee

The Social and Reception Committee shall organize and oversee all club social functions and carry out any additional duties assigned to it. The committee shall also serve as the reception committee at all club meetings. Remote participants focus on members’ experience, working with the other three committees, communicating between club members and the committee, welcoming and accompanying members to activities hosted by the club, and supporting other committees’ work.

The term for club committee members runs from July to July each year. Applications are open year-round, but all terms end in July. For example, if you onboard in March, your term will end in July of the same year. You will be assigned a specific task after you onboard as a committee member. Please check your email often after your application is complete. We will contact you soon.

Our basic requirements for committee members are to be at least 8 years old, volunteer based on your own availability, communicate with us regularly, and be passionate about what we are doing. For more queries, feel free to contact us at info@seadragonsgavel.org.
