Tuesday Morning Shower Squad

Duties include checking guests in (explaining how service works), gathering the supplies that each guest requests for use in the shower, and keeping the shower schedule on track. Volunteers can also visit with guests as they wait for their turn. Additionally, volunteers help with setting up the service area before service starts and packing up the trailer after service finishes. Covid protocols include social distancing, working outdoors, sanitizing of showers between each guest, and sanitation of all "touch zones" throughout service hours. Tuesday's location is First Christian Church on East Blvd. in Dilworth.
