Dog Trainer for Rescue Pups

We are excited to be starting a new project which will involve helping rescue pups, get acclimated and ready to be adopted. We are looking for dog trainers who have a bit of spare time to help pups, who would otherwise be euthanized with getting along with other dogs and able to control the pup while walking them, which is a huge barrier to adoption.

We have pups in the Tehachapi/Ridgecrest and Yucca Valley areas as well as the Los Angeles area so if you are in any of those areas, please reach out.

We will not be taking dogs that have been deemed dangerous. Just dogs that have issues with other dogs and walking well on leash. This is one of the largest barriers to getting adopted for dogs at the shelter so we want to be become a midway to helping otherwise amazing pups. Find their dream home with a new sense of stability and feeling confident on their walks. We want to keep the owners and other dogs safe as well as the pup!
