Recruiting Weekly Office Hours Volunteers

At The Crossroads (ATC) is looking for awesome people to support our counselors and organization every week! Our office volunteers are a critical part of keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring we are meeting our clients' needs .

This could look like preparing supplies that counselors take on street outreach or to individual meetings, making sure our pantry and clothing closet are well stocked and presentable, make great candy packs, or updating our client resource board, helping with drop-in hours and many more tasks!

Every week our counselors hold two hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for clients to call in. This is a promised time for clients to request supplies, get resource information and check-in with staff. Having volunteers pack up food boxes and stock the prep room gives our counselors the time to have meaningful conversations with our clients and meet their needs.

In order to fit our current capacity needs, ATC is requiring that office hours volunteers make a minimum of a six month commitment to come in once a week for 3 hours.

2 shifts available:

• At least three hour shift starting at 2 pm: Tuesday February 10th, 2026 - 14:00 to 17:00 PST
• At least three hour shift starting at 2 pm: Thursday February 12th, 2026 - 14:00 to 17:00 PST
