We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

We’re looking for an HRBP to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Partner with leaders to develop workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on compensation, L&D, and talent initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
