Social Media Manager/Marketer: Amplify Stories of Hope for Women & Girls with Hair Loss

Since 2004, Hair That Cares has provided over 5,000 premium wigs to women with cancer and girls with alopecia. We need a passionate social media volunteer to help us tell these powerful stories and grow our impact.

What You'll Do:

• Create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Share recipient stories (with permission) that inspire donations
• Promote fundraising campaigns and donation drives
• Engage with our community and respond to inquiries
• Develop social media strategy to increase awareness
• Track analytics and optimize content performance
• Create graphics, reels, and posts that drive action

The Impact: Your content directly translates to wigs for women fighting cancer and girls struggling with alopecia. Every share, every story, every post reaches someone who might donate or someone who desperately needs help.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.)
• Compassion and sensitivity around medical hair loss

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week, flexible schedule. This is an ongoing opportunity with potential to grow based on your availability and campaign needs.
