The HR Supervisor Intern participates in a structured, hands-on learning experience focused on mid-level team leadership and operational workflow oversight within HR. This role provides exposure to performance management coaching, process auditing, and leadership frameworks within a supervised and guided environment. Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.
Learning Focus Areas
Participants in this role will gain exposure to:
- Team-level leadership principles and workflow delegation
- Operational performance indicators and quality-control tracking
- Peer-to-peer mentoring and constructive feedback methodologies
- Escalation paths and resolution workflows for team queries
Program Activities
- Supporting the oversight of tactical schedules and daily HR tasks
- Assisting with the guiding and onboarding of junior HR participants
- Participating in operational alignment check-ins with senior leadership
- Collaborating with team members on structured tasks
- Communicating questions, observations, or feedback to program leadership
Note: All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.

Qualifications
Education / Background
Candidates may include:
- Students currently enrolled in a graduate or upper-level HR/Management degree program
