As a nonprofit organization, GNEIA is committed to protecting the rights, dignity, and

financial well-being of vulnerable adults in our communities through trusted guardianship

and conservatorship services. Our Board plays a critical role in ensuring sound governance,

advancing our mission, and securing the long-term sustainability of our work.

We are seeking individuals with diverse professional and personal experiences who are

committed to advocacy, stewardship, and service. Expertise in law, finance, healthcare,

social services, nonprofit leadership, or community engagement is particularly valuable.

Board members are expected to:

• Provide strategic direction and fiduciary oversight
• Serve as ambassadors for our mission in the community
• Actively participate in board meetings and committees
• Contribute time, talent, and resources to strengthen the organization
