The Maricopa County Department of Public Health Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is seeking dedicated medical and non-medical volunteers to support emergency preparedness, response activities, and community training efforts.
All volunteers complete a simple online registration and a criminal background check before participating. Throughout the year, we offer a wide range of emergency preparedness trainings, including CPR/First Aid, Points of Dispensing (POD) Operations, Vaccine Training for healthcare professionals, Stop the Bleed, Psychological First Aid, and additional online learning opportunities.
MRC volunteers have the chance to serve at community events such as vaccination clinics, preparedness outreach activities, and field surveillance at large-scale public gatherings.
