Making phone calls and/or sending cards to patients.

Making check-in calls to former patient's loved ones that requested Bereavement Services.

Making tuck-in calls to patient's and/or family to see how things are going and if they need anything.

Making welcome calls to confirm all contact information.

Very flexible schedules that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Training is provided and 24/7 support always available. Join a great team and make a difference in someone's life.
