What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who leads with empathy and genuinely cares about people and community. Someone who is curious about our story, our "why," and where we're going and who believes in young people enough to help them shape the world they're inheriting. If you're excited to grow with us and build something meaningful from the ground up, we'd love to connect.

For this role specifically, we're seeking a finance or governance leader who can:

• Provide oversight on financial strategy and organizational health
• Advise on funding, sustainability, and long-term growth
• Ensure strong governance and compliance practices
• Support risk management and audit readiness

Ideal Background CFO, finance executive, or nonprofit leader with experience in governance, financial oversight, and scaling organizations.
