Saidika Organization is a nonprofit committed to empowering communities through gender equality, youth leadership, menstrual health, and climate action programs. We are seeking a Website & Digital Marketing Volunteer to enhance our online presence, improve website functionality, and manage Google Ads campaigns to reach wider audiences, increase engagement, and support fundraising initiatives.
The volunteer will work closely with the communications and fundraising teams to optimize the website, ensure content is up-to-date and user-friendly, and run targeted digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and donor support. This role is ideal for a motivated professional or student with skills in website management, digital marketing, and analytics who wants hands-on experience in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Maintenance
- Review the website for usability, accessibility, and SEO performance.
- Suggest and implement design improvements and content updates.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure program information and events are accurately reflected.
- Digital Marketing & Google Ads
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor ad performance, track metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support digital campaigns aligned with fundraising and outreach goals.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic and ad performance.
- Produce regular reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaboration & Support
- Coordinate with communications and fundraising teams to align digital strategies with organizational priorities.
- Support content creation for online campaigns and social media as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress) and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
Time Commitment & Location
- Part-time, approximately 5–15 hours per week, flexible depending on project needs.
- Hybrid role: primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings or collaboration.
