Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is a non-profit organization deeply committed to global orphanage support, guided by the Menzies 5 Keys of Needs. Our overarching mission is to lead the way in creating eco-regenerative conscious communities, serving as secure sanctuaries for orphans and vulnerable families. With a focus on addressing trauma and promoting holistic healing, we strive to foster environments where individuals can thrive and flourish.
We are a growing nonprofit in an exciting stage of development, building our HR function from the ground up. We’re seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager (Volunteer) who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about creating structure, processes, and culture that will help drive our mission forward.

Role Overview
As the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing and strengthening our HR department. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will take high-level strategy and turn it into tangible processes, programs, and cultural practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building structure in small or early-stage organizations (startups, small companies, or nonprofits).
