Help Bring Hope to Grieving Mothers
Grief’s Light Outreach is a Christian nonprofit supporting mothers after the loss of a child. We are seeking a dependable and organized Volunteer Administrative Assistant to provide basic administrative support to our growing ministry.
This is a remote volunteer position with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist with emails and communications
- Help organize electronic files and records
- Assist with Zoom meetings, calendars, and scheduling
- Update volunteer, donor, and program information
- Provide general administrative support to the Founder
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- A good written communicator
- Comfortable with email and basic computer programs
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Supportive of GLO’s Christian mission
Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

We currently seek applicants who reside in the United States for this position.
