Core Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute cross-platform strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Content Creation: Design and schedule engaging content (Reels, Shorts, professional LinkedIn posts).
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments/messages across all platforms.
• Platform Optimization: Ensure profiles and content are SEO-friendly and branded consistently.
• Mentorship: Guide and train 1-2 marketing/communications interns.
• Reporting: Track key metrics (engagement, views, impressions) and provide reports.

Key Requirements (What We Need)

• Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven experience on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Skills: Excellent writing, visual content creation, and adaptable communication.
• Leadership: Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members/interns.
