Join Art Sphere Inc’s Legal & Compliance Team to help provide informal legal insight and research on nonprofit operations, copyright, and contract matters to support our mission of bringing arts education to underserved youth in Philadelphia.

This is a great opportunity for a law student looking to gain experience or a professional lawyer interested in offering pro bono service to a meaningful cause.

What You'll Do:

• Provide informal guidance on copyright and intellectual property questions
• Review or advise on nonprofit-related legal documentation or contracts
• Conduct legal research on nonprofit governance and compliance issues
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure legal best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Background in law, copyright law, contracts, or nonprofit law
• Law students or licensed attorneys welcome
• Familiarity with nonprofit structures and compliance preferred
• Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
• Ability to manage self-guided work
• Access to technology and ability to meet virtually
