Meals on Wheels: Volunteer Packer Needed in SeaTac!

Join our Volunteer team to help Meals on Wheels in King County fight hunger! As a Meals on Wheels Volunteer, you will belong to a team committed to helping homebound seniors maintain their health and independence with nutritious food, personal contact, and caring service.

Alternate Meal Packer: We are looking for a volunteer to pack meal orders on Monday mornings from 9:00am to 11:00am, as needed. Prepare orders of nutritious frozen entrees for delivery. Attention to detail protects clients with dietary restrictions and promotes autonomy in their meal choices.

This position would be on an occasional basis, filling in when one of weekly drivers is away. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in volunteering long term.

Requirements: Complete the Meals on Wheels Volunteer Application, consent to a Washington State Patrol background check, the ability to lift 15 pounds, and be age 18 or more.
