Virtual Mentor Position

TTMES is seeking dedicated and supportive Virtual Mentors to guide and assist youth participants. Mentors will help create a positive learning environment, provide professional support, and ensure participants remain engaged and motivated during their internship experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise youth participants during onsite activities
• Provide mentorship, encouragement, and professional guidance
• Assist participants with task completion and workplace expectations
• Monitor attendance, participation, and overall engagement
• Communicate regularly with program coordinators and supervisors
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment
• Participate in scheduled check-ins and team meetings
• Report any concerns or participant challenges promptly

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with youth in a supportive and professional manner
• Organized, dependable, and responsible
• Prior mentoring, leadership, teaching, or supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team environment
• Passion for youth development and community impact
