Volunteer Videographer – Senior Health and Wellness Fair

The Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN) is seeking a Volunteer Videographer for our Senior Health and Wellness Fair and 6th Annual Harvest Ball on Friday, October 23, 2026, in Philadelphia. The event is expected to bring together hundreds of older adults, healthcare providers, nonprofit and community organizations, sponsors, and volunteers for a day centered on preventive health, access to essential services, and healthy aging.

CEFN's work goes far beyond hosting a community event. We help older adults access preventive-health education and wellness programming designed to reduce chronic-disease risk and support long-term independence. At the Fair, older adults will have opportunities to access health screenings, wellness resources, Medicare and Medicaid information, financial guidance, and estate and end-of-life planning. CEFN's broader work also connects seniors with resources including affordable housing assistance, nutrition education, fitness programming, and community-based support.

As our videographer, you will help visually document that impact.

Responsibilities may include:

• Capturing high-quality footage throughout the event
• Filming health and wellness activities, community-resource stations, and attendee interactions
• Recording speakers, entertainment, volunteers, and major event moments
• Capturing brief interviews or testimonials when appropriate
• Documenting collaboration between CEFN, healthcare providers, community partners, and older adults
• Providing usable raw footage to CEFN following the event

Your work may support CEFN's future community outreach, fundraising, partnerships, volunteer recruitment, and documentation of program impact.

For students or emerging professionals in film, media production, communications, journalism, marketing, documentary work, public health communications, or nonprofit storytelling, this is a strong opportunity to add a substantive real-world project to your portfolio while working within a large community-health initiative.

Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video equipment is preferred. Applicants should be dependable, professional, comfortable working around older adults, and confident capturing events in a fast-moving environment.
