International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking creative, academically-minded, and structured volunteers to join our Education Team.

🔹 Role Overview The Education Team ensures that every child in IHF’s care receives a high-quality, empowering education. Your mission is to develop curricula that bridge local requirements with global standards, monitor student progress, and support our local teachers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Create and update lesson plans for English, Math, and Life Skills tailored to the needs of our forest and center programs.
• Academic Tracking: Monitor and record student grades and developmental milestones to ensure no child falls behind.
• Teacher Support: Provide remote resources and guidance to local educators and tutors at our centers.
• Educational Auditing: Review monthly education reports from the centers to ensure teaching standards are being met.
• Resource Curation: Identify and digitize high-quality educational materials (videos, worksheets, e-books) for our global digital library.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Education, Teaching, or Curriculum Design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage academic data.
• Passionate about child development and literacy.
• Creative thinker capable of designing engaging lessons for diverse age groups.
• Patient and culturally sensitive to the educational challenges in developing regions.
