We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to take the reins of our 100+ member community and help us keep it interactive and grow it!
You'll hang out on WhatsApp and Telegram, sharing job opportunities and create posts to boost engagement. We need someone who's super responsive, ready to chat daily, gather feedback, and sometimes create content. If you can dedicate an hour or two a day, you'll make a real difference!
Some of your responsibilities:
- Follow our content calendar and create content that aligns with our tone and values.
- Keep our WhatsApp & Telegram community buzzing.
- Respond to messages promptly and professionally.
- Experiment with creative ways to deepen engagement.
- Identify hot topics based on job hunting and remote work.
- Upsell our services organically within conversations when relevant.
- Subtly promote social media posts on the group for engagement.
Who You Are:
- Have at least 2+ years of experience in community management
- Familiar with community platforms (WhatsApp & Telegram) & engagement strategies
- Ability to maintain a 100% fast response rate within 6-12 hours.
- Writing and proofreading skills.
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative to improve member experience
