Volunteer with YourPassion1st: Onboarding Specialist

✨ Role Snapshot

Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts for YourPassion1st. You'll manage the entire employee lifecycle from attracting top talent to ensuring smooth integration. This role builds a strong, mission-driven culture and sets new team members up for success.

🧩 What You'll Do

• Recruit and source talent through job boards, networking, and community partnerships
• Create compelling job descriptions and manage the entire hiring process from application to offer
• Conduct interviews and lead hiring decisions with the leadership team
• Design and execute onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our mission and culture
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and documentation
• Track employee satisfaction, retention metrics, and gather feedback to improve our hiring and onboarding process
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR operations in coordination with leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and new team members
