Job description
LandSeed is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to be the backbone of our talent
acquisition function. As the first point of contact for applicants, this role is instrumental in
maintaining an efficient, positive, and organized recruitment process, directly representing the
image and brand of our mission-driven organization. This role is best suited for someone who is
highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating an exceptional candidate
experience, is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in representing a
mission-driven organization.
