HR & Coordinator

Under the direction of the pastor, help with:

• functions related to current, or potential volunteers (screening / Application agreements - NDA), or applicants for ordainment
• contacting current or potential volunteers, or potential future religious or educational leaders and pastoral counselors
• organize papers, review - organize file application materials. Organize, coordinate or generate volunteer appreciation certificates
• track volunteer hours and prepare for approval signatures
• Ordainment Coordination would involve current opportunities, development of opportunities, interviewing, organize - file - relay applications, papers, training materials, tests and any other related to volunteers or applicants
• Organizing the ordainment installations, functions, appreciation, and events
• certificates of appreciation, ordainment or any other necessary document
• other functions related to current or future volunteers and leaders
