IT Specialist Volunteer

Helping Link, a community-based non-profit agency located in Renton, is seeking a driven individual to be an IT Specialist who will work to manage and maintain the Windows computer system and Active Directory network. This will include troubleshooting user issues on machines, installing software and updates, creating new users, and other projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Access and Excel a plus!
• Knowledge of computer applications, word processing, internet and general troubleshooting tasks
• Willingness to maintain technology standards currently in place.
• Leadership capabilities, strong organizational skills, integrity and a confidence-inspiring attitude.
• Enthusiasm to work with staff, volunteers, and members of the community we support!
