Volunteer Gardener at the Pt. Fermin Lighthouse

The Point Fermin Lighthouse has lovely flower and vegetable gardens that are calling your name. We have some dedicated volunteers, but they need additional help. You can get all the fresh air and exercise you like just by volunteering to garden. And the beautiful setting and ocean view are thrown in for free.

We ask that you volunteer on a Wednesday and/or Friday morning and we will give you some direction on what is needed to be done. Hard core gardener; never got your hands in the dirt before; or somewhere in between - we welcome any and all. Can’t make it twice a week, how about once a week? Can’t make it weekly, how about once a month? Volunteering in the garden benefits your health and well being as well as the Lighthouse grounds.
