Ghostly Gala (Halloween Party) Event Support

Join Reach for Resources for a night of inclusive Halloween fun at our annual Ghostly Gala! This event celebrates individuals of all abilities with games, dancing, crafts, and a costume contest-and we need your help to make it magical.

Volunteer Duties:

• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Greet and check in guests
• Help run activity stations (games, crafts, sensory room)
• Serve food and refreshments
• Support the dance floor and costume contest

Requirements:

• Age 14+
  • Ages 8-13 if accompanied by adult volunteer
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with individuals of all abilities
• No experience necessary-just a positive attitude!
