The Boulevard has been restoring the health and rebuilding the lives of Chicago’s homeless since 1994. It helps ill and injured individuals with nowhere to recover complete their medical recovery and address the root causes of their homelessness.
At its 64-bed facility on Chicago’s west side, The Boulevard provides medical respite care, behavioral health, and linkage to housing and workforce development services to stabilize the health and well-being of its residents. Upon program completion, it provides follow up to ensure their ongoing success.
The Boulevard is recruiting candidates for its committed Board of Directors. Of particular interest are candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
