Give students the math support they need! Volunteer to be a Math Club Instructor!
Math Club instructors must be high school students, ages 16-19.
The Study Zone needs dedicated high school volunteers to teach weekly 1-hour Math Club lessons for grades K-5. Use the lessons in the Math Games kit and help students practice their math skills.
We currently need volunteers for Math Club at Covington Library on Mondays, 4:30-5:30pm, beginning in March.
Contact Jessica Rosez (jyrosez@kcls.org or 253.630.8761) for more information and to complete a volunteer interview.
The volunteer commitment is one hour per week.
Training and support provided. Academic community service credit is available for students. Study Zone programs are offered as a free service of the King County Library System.
