Production Assistant - Sun Valley, ID

Looking for local Production Assistance in Sun Valley for in person support during June & July 2026 and remotely during the remaining portions of the year. We are looking for local support so you must be a resident or capable of working as local in the area (meaning you would need to be very familiar with the area and able to cover the costs associated with your travel and housing).

Ideal Applicant would be looking for part time film making & impact campaign experience as a producer/coordinator.

Responsibilities would Include:

Running Errands for Upcoming Local Film Shoots & Events

Assistance with Paperwork for Upcoming Productions & Events, Operational Oversight, and Development

Assist with Social Media Upkeep

Optional additional responsibilities:

On site Training in Film & Event Production

Pending Training Managing Film Schedules and Calendar

Responding to Casting, Locations, and Development Inquiries

Managing Equipment Inventory
