The Strategic Advisory Board strengthens this mission by expanding the relationships, resources, and visibility needed to scale our impact.

🎯 Purpose of the Strategic Advisory Board

Advisory Board Members provide strategic guidance, trusted introductions, and external perspective to help Outcome School grow in three core areas:

• Corporate Partnerships
• Philanthropic Funding & Access
• Strategic Visibility & Ecosystem Influence

Members help shape a repeatable partnership engine that connects funding, mentorship, and placement pathways for learners.

📌 12-Month Advisory Priorities

Advisory Board Members will support Outcome School in:

• Securing 5 new corporate partners
• Strengthening relationships with philanthropic funders aligned with workforce development and youth opportunity
• Expanding strategic visibility in Los Angeles and nationally
• Sharpening employer-facing messaging, sponsorship offers, and partnership strategy
• Supporting events, campaigns, and strategic initiatives that elevate the organization’s credibility and reach

🧠 Role & Responsibilities

Advisory Board Members contribute through:

• Providing strategic insight on growth, partnerships, and positioning
• Making 3–5 qualified introductions annually (corporate, philanthropic, or ecosystem leaders)
• Advising on partnership, outreach, and employer engagement strategy
• Supporting select events, campaigns, or strategic discussions
• Acting as positive ambassadors for Outcome School’s mission and values

This is an advisory role. Members do not hold governance or fiduciary responsibilities.

• 12-month term, renewable by mutual agreement
