Healthy Connection Food Distribution Program

Help pack bags for Community Connectioon program participants who are part of the Food distribution program. We need volunteers that can help on a regular basis (at least once a month).

Every Monday from 10am-12pm in Santa Cruz.

We use an "assembly line" system to fill the food bags (for example, if you are assigned to handle bread, it will be your responsibility to put bread in the bags, etc.) Bags are distributed to drivers that bring them to folks that need them. Bags are also picked up at our center. Volunteers are welcome to recieve donations or to take a food bag for a friend.

If you have food allergies, please let us know so we can provide the appropriate equipement (gloves, masks, etc).
