Volunteer for LI-DOG at Old Westbury Gardens Fall Dog Festival

Old Westbury Gardens is hosting their Fall Dog Festival on Sunday, October 25th from 11am – 6pm. As always, we are again excited to be able to participate! We will also be hosting our October pack walk that day on the beautiful grounds!

We need volunteers to help at our booth that day -

• • Help with setting up our booth starting around 9:30am, help with packing up our booth, no later than 4pm. Vendors start breaking down around 4pm but the festival continues until 6pm.
  • To staff our booth during the festival, which runs from 10am - 6pm (We ask only for 2 hours of your time, we'll take longer if you can!) Basically, you will be greeting people who stop at our booth and letting them know about LI-DOG and our mission.
  • Help people sign-in and get organized for our pack walk, around 10:30am

There will be many dog-related vendors attending this event, and the gardens are always so beautiful. As with all our events, your dogs are invited to attend.

The Costume Parade begins at 2pm and passes directly in front of our booth, so you get a front row view of the dogs parading in their Howl-O-Ween best!

Please let us know if you are able to volunteer at our booth and what time works best for you. Without your help, we cannot participate in these events, can we count on you to help us?

We sure hope that you can join us at the Gardens!
