Certifications Officer

Work with a dynamic team on the forefront of professional advancement in human spaceflight.

Coordinate directly with the Chief Industry Officer to identify and remain informed of the competency needs of industry employers specific to human spaceflight and commercial stations. Coordinate the development of certifications strategy and execution. Develop and deliver professional certification taxonomies in coordination with academic partners, commercial partners, and third party credentialing providers.

Experience in most/all of the following: spaceflight industry environment including the development of the cislunar economy, workforce integration and human resources, certification taxonomy development, standards development, partner relationship management.
