Food Assistance (Grab & Go) Meal Program Volunteer

Help assemble and distribute to-go lunches for individuals experiencing food insecurity in downtown Boston. Work with a small team each Tuesday morning to prepare lunches at Emmanuel Church, then either support on-site distribution or pass out lunches around the Park Street T Station and the Boston Public Library.

Engage directly with community members by offering meals with kindness, respect, and dignity, meeting people where they are and responding thoughtfully to their needs. This role is well-suited for those who enjoy hands-on service, collaborative work, and meaningful, face-to-face community engagement.

No prior experience is required—just reliability, compassion, and a willingness to show up for others.
