About Us: Sync with God is a non-profit Christian ministry dedicated to making prayer our top priority and impacting lives globally. We believe in the transformative power of prayer and aim to connect prayer partners around the world to create a unified, global prayer movement.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Prayer Leader and Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in fostering a global culture of prayer within our ministry and expanding our international prayer network. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to prayer, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and recruit prayer partners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Global Prayer Sessions: Organize and lead regular prayer meetings, both in-person and online, to encourage and guide participants in prayer across different time zones.
• Recruit Global Prayer Partners: Actively recruit and engage prayer partners from around the world, ensuring a diverse and committed group of prayer warriors.
• Develop Multilingual Prayer Resources: Create and distribute prayer guides, devotionals, and other resources in multiple languages to support and enrich the prayer lives of our global community.
• Coordinate International Prayer Events: Plan and execute special prayer events, such as global prayer vigils, retreats, and workshops, to deepen the prayer experience for participants worldwide.
• Provide Spiritual Support: Offer spiritual support and guidance to volunteers and participants, helping them grow in their prayer journey.
• Collaborate with Ministry Leaders: Work closely with other ministry leaders to integrate prayer into all aspects of our programs and activities.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of prayer meetings, volunteer participation, and prayer requests to track progress and impact.

Qualifications:

• Strong personal commitment to prayer and a deep relationship with God.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience in leading prayer groups or similar activities is preferred.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A heart for service and a passion for the ministry's mission.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work with volunteers across different time zones.
