Immediate need for Virtual Volunteer Tutor

Babies Youth Children Empowerment, Inc. 'BYCE' is BUILDING IT'S VOLUNTEER TUTOR POOL FOR OUR CURRENT TUTORIAL PROGRAMS! SEPTEMBER 2025 TO MAY 2026. This is a 9 month tenure.

We are Better when you join us!

BYCE has been successfully providing academic tutorials for 12 years. We host sessions for Grades 1 - 12 in Math, Reading, and Writing. Sessions for High School students expand to algebra, calculus, science, English, foreign languages, coding, college readiness, etc. These virtual and in-person sessions covers skill development, study and test strategies, problem solving, and homework/test assistance.

Our volunteer tutors roster includes individuals seeking teacher certification, college students, professional careers, retirees, and those with a heart to serve.

We offer two-hour tutorials on Mondays through Thursday between 5 pm and 9 pm. Also on weekends: Saturdays between 11 am and 3 pm. There will be an orientation for all volunteers. Background checks are a requirement.
