Student Project Judging at the Synopsys Championship Science and Technology Fair March 10, 2026

We invite you to take part in encouraging future scientists and engineers by judging at the Synopsys Science and Technology Championship science fair on March 10 th. Judging will be held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, South Hall from 11 AM to 5 PM.

The Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association (SCVSEFA) has been managing an annual regional science fair, celebrating our 66th year. Our mission is "Inspire and develop middle school and high school students across Santa Clara Valley to explore the wonders and power of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and prepare them for their future endeavors."

At this year's event, more than 900 students attending middle and high schools in Santa Clara County, will demonstrate their research projects. These young enthusiastic students are the very scientists, engineers, and technical specialists that high-tech and biotech industries will depend on to push forward cutting-edge advances.

Please join us to share your passion for science and technology , in support of the next generation of local innovators! There are many opportunities to volunteer, and it all starts with just one afternoon as a Student Project (Category) Judge! We need judges in all fields of science and technology so please take a look at the registration site for subject areas to apply your expertise.

To register as a judge, go to: https://science-fair.org/database/judge.php
