Organization: Our Safe Space (501(c)(3)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred, Tucson a bonus!)

Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week (flexible, can be broken into short sessions)

The Opportunity

We have a team creating thoughtful, consistent social media content—and now we’re looking for someone to help bring it to life.

This role is all about engagement: interacting with our audience, building connections, and helping our content reach more people through active participation.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, friendly way
• Like, comment on, and engage with posts from aligned accounts
• Follow relevant individuals, organizations, and community partners
• Help increase visibility through consistent, authentic interaction
• Flag anything important or time-sensitive to the team

Who This Is Perfect For

• Someone who enjoys being on social media and interacting with others
• Friendly, responsive, and comfortable communicating online
• Has a good sense of tone (warm, respectful, inclusive)
• Consistent and reliable (short, regular check-ins vs. long sessions)
• Interested in community-building and meaningful connection

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience managing or supporting social media accounts
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, BlueSky
• Interest in personal growth or nonprofit work
