About The Oazi Project
The Oazi Project organizes volunteer trainings on responsible volunteering, while running a traineeship program where Tanzanian women design and lead these experiences. By building on local perspectives, the trainings help international volunteers better understand the context they enter, question their assumptions, and engage more thoughtfully. In this way, Oazi supports respectful collaboration, genuine connection, and more meaningful contributions between volunteers and communities.

- Training Promotion: Help promote our volunteer trainings through flyer distribution, social media support, sharing information with volunteers, and direct communication with potential participants.
- Documentation & evaluation: Take notes during sessions, summarize key reflections, and help collect feedback to improve future trainings.
- Follow-up: Help us stay in contact with participants after trainings and support reflection sessions to strengthen long-term learning.
