14TH ANNUAL CHELSEA FILM FESTIVAL: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

• Ushering
• Box Office Ticketing
• Line Management
• Guest Services

We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts (approx. 5-6 hours per shift).

Please note that a minimum of 3 shifts are required. 2 free movie screenings are included per 4 shifts worked.

• You MUST attend our orientation meeting early October (date TBD) if you wish to participate**

• Black Tie Attire: Wednesday October 14, 2025 - 14:00 to 22:00 EST
• Thursday October 15, 2026 - 15:30 to 23:30 EST
• Friday October 16, 2026 - 09:00 to 14:00 EST
• Friday October 16, 2026 - 13:30 to 20:30 EST
• Friday October 16, 2026 - 18:00 to 23:30 EST
• Friday October 16, 226 - 9:00 to 6:00pm EST (Reel Magic Hour Industry Summit at a different location)
• Saturday October 17, 2026 - 09:00 to 14:00 EST
• Saturday October 17, 2026 - 13:30 to 20:30 EST
• Saturday October 17, 2026 - 18:00 to 23:30 EST
• Saturday October 16, 226 - 9:00 to 6:00pm EST (Reel Magic Hour Industry Summit at a different location)
