This position will require a 6-month training period working with the current director. This is a shared Leadership position with the General Manager & Donations Coordinator.
Administers Client Processing procedures - Intake, using the Baby Store brochure, updating the Client Services Record, and getting client services updated in the website database. Develop and administrate shift procedure - access voice mail, process phone call messages, scheduling clients. Conducts Advocate meetings. Executes the Volunteer procedure - Interviews new volunteers. Collects the Volunteer brochure for volunteers. Schedules volunteers for training/shifts. Maintains contact information of all volunteers at the center. Coordinates the updating of client services records with services and baby dollars spent, volunteer information, and resources. Coordinates with the local board. Trains: Advocates, parenting class coordinators, PR Chairman, Baby Store Coordinator, Tutor (only in shift procedures). Requirement: Must attend Leadership course. Hours required: Minimally 2 1/2 hours. Ideal - 5-10 hrs
