Join the Westerville Library Foundation and support literacy programs

The Westerville Library Foundation is currently recruiting folks to serve on our Board of Trustees—we're a great group of volunteers with a passion for supporting our incredible 5-star public library. Community members, library patrons, educators, and professionals from the library/information science, nonprofit and/or finance sector make ready candidates. If you love public libraries and have experience in fundraising, we’d like to hear from you!

Trustees must reside within the central Ohio area and serve at least a three-year term. Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Attendance at monthly meetings is expected along with service on a committee. Additional opportunities to volunteer at events are available as your schedule allows.

The mission of the Westerville Library Foundation is to secure the future of the Westerville Public Library through endowment management and fundraising for special library projects. Governed by a volunteer board, the Foundation is an independent, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring the long-term financial stability of this invaluable community resource.
